It is an excellent material and much nicer than other bed nursing bras I (I use these during the day!)-I'm usually a SM in things like this, but I had to go with the medium & return the small. the media are also a bit tight-just come down over my breasts to sit where they should. I would order 2 sizes and return the other if you are undecided on what to get.
